By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or submitting images for editing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pixel Forge Bangla provides digital image post-production services, including but not limited to clipping path, background removal, image masking, ghost mannequin, photo retouching, color correction, shadow creation and eCommerce image optimization.
Quotes are based on the complexity, volume and instructions you provide. Turnaround begins after we receive your images, confirmed instructions and any required payment.
We include revisions as described in your quote. Revisions cover adjustments that align with your original brief. New instructions, additional angles or major creative changes may be treated as a new order.
Payment terms are set out in your invoice. For new clients or large projects, we may require an upfront deposit before production begins.
You retain all rights to the original images you provide. Upon full payment, we grant you a broad license to use the edited deliverables for your business purposes.
We treat client images, brand guidelines and business information as confidential. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your files.
Pixel Forge Bangla’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project by written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver completed files and remove your materials from active production queues in accordance with our data retention practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
